A. Methods of Payment
We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express through our secure Paymentech order processing system, or by phone. We also accept paypal and money orders. Checks are accepted, but please allow an average of 7 days to clear.
B. Shipping
We ship via USPS or FedEx. Shipping charges are based on ship method and order amount. Once package is shipped, babyflair.com is not responsible for product if product is uninsured. USPS price does NOT include insurance. Signature confirmation is also available for an additional $1.35.

***10/18/04 NEW please read: Attention customers choosing FedEx, please be sure that the address you enter as the shipping address is a CORRECT, COMPLETE address. We have had a problem with people entering incorrect and incomplete addresses and FedEx has to reroute the package. If this happens, we will not be responsible for rerouting fees, typically ten US dollars. The customer will be charged for any additional shipping fees or charges.

$20.00 USPS Express Mail (Next business day)
International orders will be charged actual shipping costs which will be calculated after sale. (For example, a package weighing up to 4lbs. going to Japan will cost roughly $20.00 via Standard Air.) Please e-mail mybabyflair@yahoo.com for more information.
C. Return Policy
All unused/unopened items, with the exception of custom or special order items, may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from purchase as long as the item is in resalable condition. All materials must be returned with the product and the product must be in its original packaging. We will not accept any returned items that are not in their original packaging.
A return merchandise authorization (RMA) must be obtained prior to return. To obtain an RMA, simply dial 954-525-4957 to speak with an associate or e-mail us at mybabyflair@yahoo.com. Please include your RMA number with your return. Returns without an RMA will be refused by babyflair.com. If an item is defective, please be sure to state such info when obtaining your RMA. Your credit card will be refunded for the full price of the item when you purchased it minus the shipping cost once the item has been received and approved.
Because of the hygenic nature of the products sold, Babyflair.com reserves the right to examine the nursing tops and baby carriers before refund or exchange transpires.

Because many of our sling patterns are one-of-a-kind, or of limited quantity, we many run out quickly and contact you to ask about a second choice pattern. We do our best to keep the web site inventory accurate, but there are times, especially during the holidays, when there is a slight delay in updating inventory.
