Babyflair.com was established in July of 2001, by myself, Brandi Adams, following the birth of my first child, Spenser Avery. Spenser was an in-arms baby and always carried in a baby sling. People often approached me asking about the baby sling and wondered where they could find one. I started offering what I believed to be the highest quality baby slings on the market locally, and on the internet, and thus babyflair was conceived.

In January of 2004, my daughter, Celeste Victoria, was born and the babyflair brand sling began creation and testing. The babyflair baby sling will be made available to the public in September of 2004 much to our excitement!

We believe that babywearing (in a baby sling carrier) is a great way to develop a bond with your infant and to give him/her more quiet alert--cognitive development--time. (Special bonding time is especially important for working parents!)

We believe that breast is best and is always worth a try.

We believe that the family bed is yet another opportunity for quality bonding time.

But most of all, we believe in being soulful parents, who listen to our childrens needs and allow them to blossom into loving, caring and compassionate human beings.

Babyflair.com has been open for over three years now and it has been a joy to offer products that I personally believe in, like the baby sling carrier and stylish nursing wear, to like minded parents. I wish to promote attachment parenting in my own way; by offering high-quality, affordable items to parents that might want to try some of these AP tools, or to parents that are already familiar with the ways of attachment parenting.

Almost every breastfeeding mom I have encountered over the years has extensively used both nursing wear and some type of baby sling carrier.

All of the products on the site have been tested by me. Not on one or two occasions, but over a period of time. Each brand of baby sling carrier that we sell has been around for some time and have been developed BY MOMS, FOR MOMS.

The baby sling carrier manufacturers chosen by babyflair produce high-quality products. In the 3+ years I have been in business I have never had a complaint about the quality of any brand of baby sling carrier that I offer. The nursing wear that we carry is designed by a nursing mother of 3. It is far superior in design and construction than any of the nursing wear that I have seen in American chain stores. The nursing wear styles here at babyflair don't only look cute on the hanger, they actually fit well, and work! (If you are new to nursing, you will find that this is a rarity in the world of nursing wear.)

We hope to continually provide you with high-quality baby sling carriers and nursing wear--items that foster bonding time with your child. We hope that you visit often. We greatly appreciate your shopping with us.

All the best to you and your children,

Brandi N. Adams, President, babyflair.com mother of Spenser Avery, 5-15-01, & Celeste Victoria, 1-20-2004

"Children Learn What They Live"

If children live with criticism, they learn to condemn.

If children live with hostility, they learn to fight.

If children live with fear, they learn to be apprehensive.

If children live with pity, they learn to feel sorry for themselves.

If children live with ridicule, they learn to be shy.

If children live with jealousy, they learn what envy is.

If children live with shame, they learn to feel guilty.

If children live with tolerance, they learn to be patient.

If children live with encouragement, they learn to be confident.

If children live with praise, they learn to appreciate.

If children live with approval, they learn to like themselves.

If children live with acceptance, they learn to find love in the world.

If children live with recognition, they learn to have a goal.

If children live with sharing, they learn to be generous.

If children live with honesty and fairness, they learn what truth and justice are.

If children live with security, they learn to have faith in themselves and those around them.

If children live with friendliness, they learn that the world is a nice place in which to live.

If children live with serenity, they learn to have a peace of mind.
